Audax Moving Company was awesome! We needed four rooms moved upstairs, from the second to the third floor, and it was super smooth from beginning to end. The quote was really fair, and Trevor was professional, quick to respond, and answered my initial questions right away.
The team was so careful with everything, even taking apart my daughter's bed. When they saw some of the bed slats were already damaged, they told me right away and fixed them so everything could still be put together properly. I also really appreciated that they safely moved our workout equipment.
They finished the whole move in just two hours and set everything up exactly how we wanted. I really loved how efficient, professional, and detailed they were. I totally recommend Audax Moving Company if you need reliable movers.

Moved from downtown Charlotte to Mooresville all under 4.5 hrs. Packed everything up very quickly and worked with me even though i was a little unorganized. Very professional and i felt safe as a single woman moving with her child. Would highly recommend.

We used Audax initially for our move and a second time for the removal and haul off of unwanted items. They were excellent in both circumstances. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FOR MOVING
- Our prices are $50/hr per mover
- Three-hour minimum. (exceptions can be made)
- Truck Rental $100-120 (varies on mileage)
- Truck includes supplies that are needed per job: shrink wrap, hand
trucks, assembly/disassembly.
FOR PACKING/UNPACKING
- $50/hr per packer
DISCOUNTS (only for moving labor)
- 10% off for military and non-profits
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FOR MOVING
- Let's get on the phone! I want your move to be simple. Smooth moves are made by great planning. The bigger your move the more planning is necessary. I like to get a visual from pictures, facetime or an in-person walk-through.
FOR JUNK-HAULING
- A picture and description of what needs to be hauled off is about all I need to give you a quote and come pick it up!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work for a large moving company. This helped me learn how to move furniture and pack properly on the truck.
Moving is usually pretty simple, just takes time and hard work. The hard part is finding quality and sensible workers. The men and women I hire must have good character and a strong work ethic. And we treat your belongings as if they were our own!
