Between work and a newborn there was zero chance I could pack and move a house across state lines myself. Full-service was the only realistic option. They packed everything, wrapped and disassembled the furniture, loaded, drove to Dallas, unloaded, and reassembled the beds and table. All the materials came with them. Delivery hit the window. It cost more than a DIY move obviously, but for the time and stress it saved, it was completely worth it.
