- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend and receive certification for training offered by Google. I read industry blogs each day from sources such as Mashable and eMarketer. I teach workshops and always learn something from my students in return.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for Fortune 100 companies and saw how they had an unfair advantage over smaller companies. That does not have to be the case with internet marketing if you are strategic and smart about how to allocate your budget. I am motivated to help small and mid-size companies to compete effectively online.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Local SEO for bricks-and-mortar stores; online reputation management for companies and their officers; social media marketing and optimization via Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube. We also develop a "content blueprint" for companies that gives them copywriter instructions for producing blogs, articles, tweets and videos. They can then "fill in the blanks" or our professionals can write the content for them.
