H2O drying solution was prompt, professional and cleaned up our water damage in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in need of disaster relief. The job was where our bathroom commode ran over and flooded our downstairs dining and living room. It ran all night long, so you can imagine the amount of water. H2O went above and beyond the normal company to make sure we were happy and satisfied with their work. They were excellent. I will use again if necessary and would not allow another in my home.May 20, 2015
I had some water damage at my home from a leaky refrigerator water line. By the time it was discovered, the floors were damaged. H2O came in, assessed the damage for clean up and to replace floors. Clay and his team have done outstanding jobs at our home twice. We have been so pleased with their customer service, attention to detail, and ability to remedy the issues in a very timely fashion. They also handled the relationship/payments with the insurance company flawlessly. We had extensive water damage (unfortunately) twice and the H2O team saved us from what could have been disastrous and stressful situations. I would highly recommend Clay and the whole H2O team. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We send a lead tech out to assess the damage and then provide feedback on how they should proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All techs and managers are required 2 credits of continuing education each year
