We hired Restoration 1 to help us determine if we had a mold problem. Through our pre-visit conversations, we were told that they had various tools at their disposal to measure both moisture and mold both behind and in front of the walls. When the contractor came to visit on the day of the appointment, he came armed with a moisture reader. Although helpful, this was the only measurement we would receive because he hadn't brought other devices to test for mold. To the company's credit, the owner did make it right by visiting the following day to take air particle count samples. Each of readings (from both visits) were supposed to go into a document and sent to our email address (per our agreement). After paying the fee requested, we are still waiting for the email document 19 days later. After requesting this information (which we have paid for), we still haven't heard back from the company.
