We send a lead tech out to assess the damage and then provide feedback on how they should proceed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started company in 2007 after seeing a need for better customer service and updated drying techniques.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common jobs are water heaters, icemaker lines, dishwashers, supply lines, AC condensation lines, appliance leaks, and pipe burst clean up and re-build
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a pipe break job that flooded the entire first floor and crawlspace of a home. We dried the house, put in all new floors, replace all insulation in crawl, replaced drywall, painted and new vapor barrier in 22 days
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
They can hirer whoever they want to handle there situation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Will they give you a free estimate. Will they bill your insurance company. How quick can they arrive. Do they have insurance?
