OMGOODNESS!! Really, I mean REALLY, hire this team without question! Professional, Careful, and Quality are just a few words that describe them. They picked up my belongings in Charlotte in the morning and I was unpacking in Virginia at dusk. This has been, by far, the most pleasurable experience of moving I’ve ever had (i’ve moved to 4 different States)
Do not look any further, Caleb and his team is the only one to hire. The Five stars they have are warranted and well deserved! ai tipped extremely well, hire them and you’ll see why!!

Caleb and his crew worked fast, and kept in touch through the whole process. They were finished bin less than 2 hours, and everything traveled perfectly. No scratches, dents, or breaks in any furniture or mirrors, and they even showed up early.
Will 100% be using them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a repeat customer, military, referral and senior discount rate! We understand we may not be the cheapest company, but we’re definitely not the most expensive. We are good at what we do and understand you should be getting what you pay for!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! We prefer phone calls as a lot can be lost or misinterpreted over text or messaging within this app. We also want to be as transparent and upfront about any costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our crews have extensive years of experience in the HHG industry. I believe if people look at how we pad furniture, load trucks, pack homes compared to others, it quickly shows our experience and skill. Whether it’s knowing the difference on how to wrap a leather couch compared to a fabric couch or having the intuition to disassemble a piece a bit more so it can travel safer….that’s what can be the difference between a good move and a perfect move.
There are a lot of great moving companies out there, but I’m proud to say that the top workers that may had started from those companies have now helped comprise what make up the teams here at Mission Moving.
