- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office manager call or correspond with the customer, if it's more convenient for him. We discuss the approximate scope of work: - type of housing; - number of boxes and other items; - which of the items are the heaviest; - moving distance; - other details. After that, we recommend the customer the optimal number of helpers for his job and make a approximate estimate of the job. We confirm the date and start time of work. If necessary, we request a minimum deposit.
