- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are $10 per notarization per principle plus travel. Please make sure that your documents have a notarial block for notarization. Each service includes a travel fee agreed upon before my arrival. You are agreeing to the service was provided, therefore, no refunds , no exceptions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new or existing customer requests service, they must have a valid driver’s license or valid picture ID present. The time, date, location and fees are agreed upon before my arrival
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have continuing education and have worked in this industry for over twenty five years. I currently have some students that I have trained to work in the industry as well. Some of my reviews are from returning clients who have had a great experience with the service I provide.
