- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the process of planning your event as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We typically start with an initial consultation to learn more about your vision - expected number of guests, venue details, date/time, any dietary needs, and the overall vibe you want to create. After the intake meeting, we'll begin crafting a custom proposal with menu recommendations that align with your tastes and budget. As we get closer to the event date, we'll check in periodically to see if any details have changed and to maintain open communication. The week of your event, we'll confirm all menu items, rental needs, and timing. Our team will handle all food preparation, cook on-site if possible, keep your dishes replenished, and clean up so you can simply relax and enjoy your event. We'll work closely with you from start to finish to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
