I hired Patrick a few weeks ago and its the best decision i've made towards getting into shape. His knowledge and experience amazes me. I learn something new everytime we meet. Hands down this gut is amazing and loves what he does!!

1. The first step is to consult and evaluate our clients physical ability. 2. They will be asked to further discuss their goals and objectives. 3. Then we will discuss their goals and objectives with them. 4. One we have agreed on time and dates, we then move to establish a scheduled working relationship.
