I am a rather big guy and working out is a new thing for me It’s been years since I’ve even thought to pick up my step much less house hold things I never looked at to use to assist me with my health issues this guy has shown me ways to stay in shape I never thought possible l ain’t saying that I am going into body building or nothing like that I’m just saying he has opened my eyes to a different way of life and making myself healthy the man knows what he is talking about and Is surely someone I’d recommend to anyone that wants to feel better and live longer
