Heather did an above and beyond job taking care of our 2 cats. She not only did everything we asked but provided us with plenty of assurance they were being well taken care of by sending many updates, pictures, and the house looked better than we expected it to. We have already asked her to watch them again in the near future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices include up to 2 pets. Each additional pet is an extra $2 per visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always to fill out the contact form. From there it’s registering on our scheduling system and setting up a meet and greet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current member of the Charlotte Area Professional Pet Sitters Group and I am also trained in Pet First Aid.
