I was so happy when I found Heather online and I get to meet her as well. I really trust her with my kitties From the first time I saw her .for now on in whenever I'm going somewhere I'll be calling her because she really did a great job ,and if you think you're going somewhere and Pet are not allowed there you can always trust Heather and call her and she'll be there On time for you! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices include up to 2 pets. Each additional pet is an extra $2 per visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always to fill out the contact form. From there it’s registering on our scheduling system and setting up a meet and greet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current member of the Charlotte Area Professional Pet Sitters Group and I am also trained in Pet First Aid.
