I've been playing a long time, but really need to increase my theory knowledge in a practical way. After one lesson, it's clear Sean is able to tailor his teaching to the needs of the student. Exactly what I was looking for, and I'm looking forward to the challenge!

Sean was exactly what you hope for when you hire someone without knowing about them firsthand. He was on time and very responsive in our email communications. He managed to tune up a very old piano that had been neglected a long time. Don’t hesitate to hire Sean! He is great. He teaches piano too, and I’m sure he’s good at that too.

Sean certainly knew what he was doing. He arrived at the time we have agreed upon, and he immediately went right to work. The piano had not been tuned is a very, very long time, and I was afraid it might take him some time to complete his tuning, but it did not. The piano sounds like a different instrument. I did not realize how bad it was until Sean made it sound good again. I would certainly use him again and will recommend him to anyone who asked me for the name of a tuner. He is a very multi-talented guy and I thought he did a marvelous job.

    We both have degrees in music and prepare each student with a musical foundation that will allow them to develop the area of music in which they are most interested.
