In February 2011, we were fortunate to meet Stacy and engage her come to our work facility to teach Zumba once a week. In August of that year, Stacy also introduced us to Fitcamp, and we increased our classes to twice a week. Stacy is always enthusiastic and energized and makes our classes challenging and fun. Her Zumba classes are upbeat & entertaining, and were all pumped with energy even after the class is over. For those new to Zumba, or for those like me with two left feet, she breaks down the Zumba steps so they are easy to follow. Stacy stressed from the beginning that the goal is simply to have fun while getting a great workout. She has transformed a group of self-conscious, kind of out-of-shape 50+ year olds into a cohesive group of confident Zumba-holics! Stacy comes up with new and different workouts each week for Fitcamp. She gets to know all participants and tailors her classes to fit each participants fitness level. She encourages and challenges each of us to push ourselves to reach fitness levels we never thought possible. Were all amazed at the progress weve made since our first class! Stacy is knowledgeable in all aspects of nutrition and personal training. She is genuine in her desire to help each of us improve our nutrition and fitness. I have lost 25 pounds since my first workout with Stacy and my stamina, conditioning, motivation, and confidence have increased significantly. Stacy is a great trainer & motivator and a great friend!
