Great experience from start to finish! They were punctual, highly communicative throughout the process, and did an excellent job pressure washing my home. I hired Boris to pressure wash my driveway, decks, and garage, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived right on time and got straight to work without any delays. Boris was thorough on every surface, and everything looks better than it has in years. Multiple neighbors have already stopped by to compliment and request his contact info. I had a great experience with Charlotte Pro Pressure Washing. Boris called me immediately after I sent in my Thumbtack request and gave me an estimate immediately. He was very affordable, punctual, professional, friendly and took his time to do a perfect job. It wasn't just a quick wash and good-bye. He inspected his work and went back to re-wash if necessary. Even cleaned out dirt from the window sills and sprayed off an old bees nest. I highly recommend them.

Boris reached out to me shortly after I made the request. He was able to pressure wash my house only a few days after I requested, so it was very prompt and quick. I had no idea my fence was the color it was meant to me, especially when looking at it compared to my neighbor's side. The difference between how my house and fence looked before the was night and day. The grime on the sidings is completely gone and everything just looks really clean. He was also a really nice guy, contacted me often to let me know how far out he was and when he was done, and just overall made me feel like I was getting a professional experience. I will for sure be using his services again in the future.
