- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing and will consider price matching a reputable competitor. We offer discounts for hiring us for multiple services at the same time, we call it package pricing. We also offer discounts for homeowners with HOAs that are being fined for such things like algae on their home etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer and get more information as to what their expectations and details of job are. If it is quotable over the phone we do that and schedule, typically same day or within next couple of day. We also book out in advance if the customer needs more time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training has been mostly hands on for our washes and clean outs. We have met with other professionals to learn about how to make equipment reach its best potential and best products to use. We also have extensive training in gutter guards and know what works and what doesn’t.
