- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing has no hidden fees (credit card, ach, taxes etc.) and no tipping is required. You pay exactly what our quote is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require your address to get a better sense of the property. We then reach out via text or phone if we have clarification questions before sending a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians attend training for all our services and additional safety training for working with ladders and at heights.
