Was very pleased by the professionalism of Marshall and his crew. Meticulously cleaned and stained my fence, looks amazing. Also washed exterior of home making the white siding bright again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do high quality of work for a reasonable price. This is not a side gig for me but a business and I have professional pricing for professional work. But I do not overcharge like some businesses.I love to give military or senior citizens discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always put into account that they are hiring me to clean something they have invested their hard earned money into and I want them to feel safe in choosing my company. I offer a property protection guarantee with all of my services. I try to exceed the expectations by personalizing the services I provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning. Always spending time learning the best ways to be more efficient and also learning what not to do. Alot of people make mistakes in this industry without the proper knowledge. I feel anyone can buy a pressure washer and put water on a surface but knowing the type of surface it is requires different levels of psi (pressure).
