Shine scheduled me promptly and Tyler was the technician that came to my house. I needed my gutters cleaned out and he got straight to work after giving me an overview of what he would be doing. He was polite, focused and efficient. Despite a rather difficult access point on one side of the house, he got all the gutters cleaned and downspouts flushed. He also let me know about a concern he had about how the gutters are positioned in one area so I can get that addressed. Gutters were back to bright white too. Great experience and a great value for what was done. Plan to continue hiring Shine as needed.

The team at Shine were fantastic! I had a short timeline to get all my windows washed both on the outside and inside. My home is challenging as it is 3 stories and has lots of windows. Kristen stopped by that week to make sure the quote was accurate and even with some challenging weather pushed the schedule, she brought a team of people to knock out the job ahead of my party. They were easy to work with, did a very good job and were fair on their pricing! They are definitely my go to window washer! Oh, they also agreed to clean out a section of my gutters that didnt have gutter guards on them yet for a very fair price. Thank you Kristen and the team at Shine!
