Very unfortunate situation. My father died and I wanted the grass cut so I hired on Thumbtack. The guy, Steve, never showed up after I had paid. I am more than disappointed.

The painting was done well and at a very reasonable price. Second story flashing painted safely and a good job. He also assessed a couple of areas we wanted painting that truly needed more repair prior to painting, and he adjusted the price to remove what he recommended we didn't get painted until further work. This was very honest and I feel good quality service. I would recommend this Pro.
