Sud Dudes did an incredible job on our full exterior pressure wash! AJ went above and beyond for our rental property. He provided a fast response, was communicative from start to finish and his pricing was extremely fair and honest. He cleaned our gutters and pressure washed the entire house, and even cleaned our patio furniture! AJ is your guy for exterior cleaning!

I had an excellent experience with Charleston Exterior Cleaners. AJ responded incredibly fast and was able to come out the same day to pressure wash the siding on my house. He did an amazing job—my siding looks so clean and refreshed, like new again. Very professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Charleston Exterior Cleaners and will definitely be using them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am extremely fair with my pricing, and I often discount a project’s total pricing if we are cleaning 3 or more areas (like doing a house wash, deck wash, and driveway wash altogether!)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For in depth projects, I like to walk through in person with the homeowner to see everything they would like cleaned to ensure we are on the same page from the start. The price is then given up front, and I don’t require any payment until work is completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction!
