AJ went above and beyond for our rental property. He provided a fast response, was communicative from start to finish and his pricing was extremely fair and honest. I had an excellent experience with Charleston Exterior Cleaners. AJ responded incredibly fast and was able to come out the same day to pressurewash the siding on my house. He did an amazing job—my siding looks so clean and refreshed, like new again. Very professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am extremely fair with my pricing, and I often discount a project’s total pricing if we are cleaning 3 or more areas (like doing a house wash, deck wash, and driveway wash altogether!)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For in depth projects, I like to walk through in person with the homeowner to see everything they would like cleaned to ensure we are on the same page from the start. The price is then given up front, and I don’t require any payment until work is completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction!
