I started hosting my home as a short term rental last year. I was working with a property management company who was very sketchy and always had “surprise expenses” taken out of my profits. I decided to take over the management myself and fell in love with the details and experience I could provide guests. Now I do the same for other property owners who want to partner with trustworthy manager who gets what it’s like to be a homeowner with this type of investment.
