We’re sorry to hear about your “experience,” though after thoroughly reviewing our client records, we have no record of you, your husband, or your property ever being under our management. That does make it difficult to respond to the specifics—especially when there are none that add up. However, we take false and misleading reviews seriously. Our team has nothing to hide, and all charges—whether for maintenance or management—are clearly outlined in every owner agreement and accompanied by receipts, documentation, and owner approval where required. We do not arbitrarily deduct funds, and we certainly don’t “side” with anyone. We operate fairly, professionally, and transparently for both property owners and tenants. If that’s not what you experienced, it’s likely because you were never our client to begin with. If you’d like to clarify your identity and actual relationship with our company, we’re happy to speak with you directly. Otherwise, we’ll consider this review what it appears to be: a baseless and inaccurate account with no supporting facts and no name to go with it.
