What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of how many photos the customer needs. As well as the square footage of the property.
Please message me about 3D Tours, Floorplans, and any other questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask that the property be clean inside and out. Remove trash cans, wiring, and small appliances (soup, toothbrush, hairdryers, etc.).
Blinds can be open all the way if you like to have the customers see the view from the interior of the property.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started when I first purchase my camera. I tried various things such as portraits, cinematic videos, street photography, but real estate photography stuck out the most. Its now a passion of mine and I work hard everyday to perfect my craft!
