- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer 10% Military ans Senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do schedule an appointment to assess the issue, explain to customer the issue and options available, provide Flat rate pricing to complete the task. We do provide financing for large ticket items through third party lender. Work is done at same visit, unless more planning or part research is needed. Permits are pulled if required by City or County. We do pull permits on all our Water Heater installs.
