- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Technology allows me to work with customers from all around the country. I usually begin with a phone call to talk about the project. I ask interview questions through telephone calls and email. I'm happy to work with Skype or Facetime, as well. Sending drafts for review and making changes is usually done through email.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work mostly with nonprofits and small businesses.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I wrote web copy for a small company in Arizona that is consulting with restaurants to serve safe, gluten free meals. I enjoyed researching the topic and was so happy that the customer told me my work was "right on" for what she was hoping for. Check out safegf.com
