Not only do we provide a quality product at a great price but we try to make every project as easy for the customer as possible . We will quote , schedule and complete the project without you having to rearrange your schedule. In addition to roofing we provide services to build decks, custom kitchen remodels, gutters/gutter guards and siding projects. The Total Roofing team did a great job on replacing my gutters. They look wonderful and Earl followed up to make sure I was totally satisfied. The job was done on time and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire again.

The service from this company was great from the get-go. A quick message on Thumbtack, prompt response with a scheduled arrival to quote, a good price, negotiation of work hours around the holidays, and follow-up communication and timely repair. The repairs were simply, but necessary per due diligence to sell my home. The repair quote was custom as I had material on-hand and the problem areas were noted and repaired. Additional inspection was done and detailed in a letter to assure both buyer and seller concerns were addressed and backed by professionals. Thank you!

I have worked with Total Roofing Solutions twice. Both included gutter cleanings and fixing a dented gutter due to a falling tree branch. Everything was done properly and in a timely manner (within 24 hours in one case ahead of some pending heavy storms). I fully expect to use them again!

I responded to him and he was here in one day and was early! My husband said he was professional. He fixed our problem and said if for some reason it didn't work, he would come back. We have tried 4 times with Max Baxter Roofing in Gastonia to fix the problem and they haven't been able to for an unknown reason. We remodeled our home and had the ceilings smoothed and the leaks have ruined the ceiling in 3 places. Very hopeful the problem is fixed!!!!
