We do not have high overhead therefore we can offer our customers a more fairer price than some of the larger companies in the area. We do not require a deposit as we are familiar with storm chasers taking advantage of customers good faith. We have pride in our workmanship and enjoy hearing our customers say how much they love their new roof . We also get a lot of feedback about how their house and yard and landscaping looks better than how we found it.

Very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. Although the opportunity was there for them to make additional sales, they chose instead to give me the pros and cons of that purchase and educated me on why I didn't necessarily need to buy that item although they would be happy to install it if I chose to buy it. To me, that spoke volumes of their integrity. I enjoyed working with them and will definitely do so going forward.

My roof started leaking a day before heavy rain was forecasted, and they were able to send a tech out the same day I contacted them. Although they couldn't repair my roof that same day, they installed a tarp to temporarily shield my roof from the rain. They came out later in the week to make the repair. The work done was quality, and they very closely matched the shingles of my roof. Great attention to detail!

Mary was very easy to work with and we had a great roof crew come out to the house. They went above and beyond to match our shingle color and were very honest in their assessment of our roof.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering $100.00 off for any contract returned to us with 2 weeks of initial estimate. Low overhead lets us win more bids.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a 2 page Prep Letter I send to all my customers that describes in detail every aspect of this process. It covers everything from protecting interior, exterior, where and when the material drop will happen, to parking and even pet concerns. A lot of information each customer should know and a little bit of prep work the customer must do before we arrive. (its really only 2 things.... move anything away from the perimeter of the house and protect anything in your attic.) We will have a crew of men onsite to help with anything you need.

Over 20 years of experience in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
