Introduction: We are a family oriented marketing, design, and photography company dedicated to helping small businesses, charities, and families in the Carolinas'. We work closely with each client to get clarity on their wants and needs and to provide the best customer service possible. We fell in love with Charlotte in 2012 and have made it our goal to make it a more profitable, beautiful, and compelling place to live and succeed. We recognize that our clients are our bread and butter and we make sure we can meet their needs in any way possible! Our values surround helping others. We love to see the reaction of our clients when their ideas, memories, and moments are brought to life, and they have a design or photograph they can cherish forever. We love the interaction we have with customers and not only helping them meet their needs, but also taking interest in their lives, family, ideas on life as well. I had the privilege of working with the VAVA Graphics and Photography team when the business was just beginning to expand two years ago. Even in its infancy, the personnel from this company were extremely professional. When I was having Fall outdoor photographs taken, you could tell that the team had a vision of what would create the optimal photos. They identified the appropriate lighting and backdrops and would direct me accordingly. However, the team members also allowed me the freedom to have input and provide suggestions. In so doing, the VAVA photographer was able to capture beautiful pictures that surpassed my expectations.

Tristan at VAVA graphics was phenomenal. We had an idea for our company logo and Tristan brought it to life after listening to us carefully. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with VAVA Graphics. I selected this company based on their comment that "no project was too small." For five years, I had worked on a four generational family cookbook and genealogy, and wanted a 'stunning' hard cover to present to my family. Though it was a relatively small project, the company treated me as though this was an important (and interesting) project, and one to which they gave excellent personal attention and expertise. Although we have a standard pricing system for our services, we focus more on the customers budget. We believe everyone deserves the chance to have their ideas and memories brought to life. We will work hard to make sure we can meet your expectations and your budget. We provide free unlimited consultations to make sure we are the perfect fit for you before making a decision.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very excited to help new customers receive the service they are looking for. We believe that a face to face appointment is very important so we are able to find out exactly what their interests, ideas, and values are. From there we focus on their timeline and what their design style is. Then we make the magic happen!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is very important to us. We constantly push ourselves to be better. We have over 5 years in customer service and leadership training through programs offered. Everyone who works with us has at least a BA in communications, photography, or graphic design. Independent study courses are provided to our staff so they can continue to master their craft and provide excellent service to our customers.
