Jimmie went above and beyond to complete our project. We hired him to relocate some of our sod and put down some new sod. After relocated the side he decided the quality of the grass wasn't up to his standards so he took it upon himself to replace it with new sod. I would definitely recommend Gaddy Lawn Service for your yard projects!

I recently hired Jimmie to aerate our yard and dig up a bush. I couldn't have been more impressed with the service and integrity of Jimmie. I paid Jimmie with the assumption that he would be able to dig up our bush but after exhaustive efforts, he was not able to. He immediately let me know that he was unable to get it out and without hesitation drove all the way back to my house to refund my money. That's how you do business and the definition of customer service. I will definitely try to work with Jimmie in the future.

Contacted Jimmy about doing some hedge pruning and can't say enough good things about him! His quality of work is outstanding and he does what he says he is going to do! Even after having some issues with his chain saw and had to return to complete the job he called or texted to keep me updated and completed the job. Even sent him to my parents house to do some pruning and they were very happy as well. Would HIGHLY recommend Jimmy to anyone needing yard work! I will be using him from now on for sure!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started going out doing lawn work with my dad in 1999 when I was 10 years old. He had built a strong rapport with a handful of customers, mostly family, neighbors and people referred by word of mouth. This was always something we did on the side since he worked for the city of Charlotte full time. As I grew older and held a few different jobs myself I came to realize that I was worth so much more than what a job could offer me. At the start of spring 2016 I had the necessary resources so I took a step out on faith to invest into and expand the business that my dad started.
