I was very happy that they found and fixed a couple of small problems during my system turn on. Even better they talked to me first and provided a quote right on the spot. No coming back, double charging for service calls, putting me off. Even though I know they are busy, they took care of everything right then and there.

I needed several heads moved due to changes in our landscaping. Charlotte Irrigation not only was able to come out within the timeframe I needed, they made great suggestions as to where the heads should actually go and set my timer for me while they were here.

I wasn't getting water to one of the sprinklers and it was just a matter of an inexpensive replacement. They didn't try to add a bunch of stuff on or take advantage.
