Jose answer my call immediately. He was prompt, gave an estimate for what I communicated, didn’t charge for the service call, and charged for the job as opposed to the hour which was really important to me. He was thorough in seeking out the leaks and fixing them even if it required removing and replacing a brick walkway. He is a one man show but he is worth it. Even when it got too late to complete the job, he said he would arrive the next day and actually did! He is definitely worth it.
