- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We have specific prices for Maintenance, Service Calls, and Filter Cleaning. We also have set pricing for frequently used Chemicals and additives. We notify the client if any items are added or needed to prevent unwanted surprises!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a smile! We want you to be happy with the choice you made for pool care. We usually start by asking what the customer is looking for. Not every person has the same needs. After we have discussed what the customer is looking for, we explain any services we provide that would fit those needs. If the customer decides to have us take care of their pool/spa, we take care of it. Plain and simple. We take care of it; no need to worry or stress. We got it taken care of!
