- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent, and competitive pricing. Every project is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and labor involved. We work with our customers to find solutions that fit their budget while maintaining quality craftsmanship. There are no hidden fees, and we are always upfront about costs before starting any project. We may also offer discounts depending on the size of the project or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial conversation to understand the customer’s needs and vision. We then schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the project, take measurements, and discuss materials, design ideas, and expectations. After that, we provide a detailed proposal and quote. Once approved, we schedule the project and keep clear communication throughout the process to ensure everything is completed professionally and on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in tile installation, remodeling, and residential construction. Since 2017, we have worked on a wide variety of projects, continuously improving our skills and staying updated on industry standards, installation methods, and construction practices.
