I am sorry that you felt like you had a bad experience, but the statement being made is simply not true. First, the job that you hired me for was adding an electrical outlet under your fireplace which was completed 100% with no issues, while I was there you asked me to look at another issue you had, that you hired someone previously to fix (which was the microwave blowing a fuse everythime you open the door) I proceeded to access to situation and informed you that it was not an electrical issue it was the microwave itself causing the trip. I also went through the process of showing you how I came to that conclusion and we both agreed. I also DID NOT charge you for this assessment, I only charged you for the job you hired me for, which was completed. You also left a 5 start review after the installation. We also spoke for the first couple days after the install because you paid with a bad check and I kept having to call you to get paid for the installation. I can upload our conversation showing that we spoke and how I also tried giving you a call even after getting paid with a bad check.
