FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard pricing scheme, however in the custom integration industry there are MANY variables. This is why I encourage clients to reach out and contact me with questions and concerns, as well as perform free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always visit new customers personally the first time, rather than sending a technician. I find it important to establish a personal relationship with each of my clients, that way they know exactly who is handling the logistics and can always make direct contact with me in the future. All aspects of the job are discussed prior to performance of any labor, and plenty of questions are asked to cover every detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal electronics training and experience through the Marine Corps and proper education, Im about 10 credit hours away from my bachelor's in electronics engineering. All technicians including myself are required to maintain proper training and certification not only through the state, but with the manufacturers of our products as well. We attend training seminars and conferences frequently to maintain excellence in our field.
