- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most standard installations with a flat wall. The price is typically $150. That includes the flat tilt mount, electrical outlet, wire concealment, and proper mount installation. For a fireplace it's usually between $180-$225
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do over the phone quotes, using pictures to provide convenience for our clients. When necessary we will do a site visit to develop a plan for more extensive projects.
