Andy took a very stressful situation and worked with us as we navigated insurance and the restoration of our basement after waterdamage. He was excellent!!! I can’t imagine working with anyone else through the process.

Andy is one of the best contractors I have had the privilege of working with! I woke up at 5am before work to my downstairs being completely flooded and contacted him and he responded and was on site within 2 hours. He went above and beyond by helping me deal with my insurance company, leak detection reports and even mitigating issues with my HOA that was responsible for the roof leak. He provided prompt answers and was always a text or phone call away throughout my 4-6 weeks of nightmare dealing with HOA to get my house restored. Andy was a true lifesaver during a very stressful situation and made sure to communicate effectively and alleviate any anxiety and stress. I will be using his services for every project moving forward as a homeowner and have referred him to all of my friends and family!

I had a leaking dishwasher that ended up damaging my hardwood floors. I had a couple of contractors come in to assess the damage and talk me through the process of getting my hardwood floors replaced. After my discussion with Andy, I completely trusted him to navigate through what ended up being a VERY cumbersome and difficult insurance claim process. He handled that and everything else like a true professional from start to finish, even after the dishwasher I bought to replace the original one was leaking as well! As a single working mother, I truly appreciated having someone as competent and trustworthy as Andy overseeing this project. I would recommend Andy and Built Restoration to anyone!

Ran into a little distress during hurricane Debby in August of 24. Andy with 704Restore not only got my house back in order but ensured I didnt get low balled by my insurance company (and they tried). Very timely service, great communication and no hassles. We handle emergency service based responses 24/7 (water damage; fire/smoke damage; hail/storm damage; board up; etc.). Due to the nature of our work it is often times impossible to formulate a quote based on email requests'. Our project managers' are committed to the following:
* We will meet our clients' at a time that is convenient to them
* We will explain all options and include our client as much or as little as they would like to be
* We will combine our experience with industry leading equipment
* All of our employees have successfully passed thorough background checks
* We will represent our client to ensure the maximum available coverage if they are using an insurance company to facilitate repairs
