Had a major flooding on Memorial Day. Called UWR at about 2:15 and they were here within an hour. Evacuated the water and set the fans and dehumidifiers to dry the wood floors. After 5 days of the equipment running, the moisture level of the wood was negligible. We have 2 small pieces of wood that should be replaced. This was wonderful news since almost the entire house had up to 1/2" of standing water. We will highly recommend this company. It helped a great deal that we were home and were able to start removing the water as soon as possible. It would have been very easy to remove wall board and molding for the additional cost, but the readings did not warrant the work. Sometimes it is easy to take advantage of people during a stressful situation, they did not do that. Had a very positive attitude throughout.

I was shocked to find my dishwasher flooding my entire kitchen one afternoon! I was so panicked, didn’t really know what to do first. I pulled up Home Adviser and got connected with United Water Restoration of Charlotte and so thankful I did! Tim showed up promptly, worked with my home owners insurance, had my kitchen dried out and got me connected with a reliable plumber to fix the problem. What I appreciated the most was Tim explaining everything throughly, a real hero! Thank you United Water Restoration of Charlotte!!

They were amazing. I have experienced floods in the past and this crew was the best. They were personable. They were very thorough and explained everything. I felt they went above and beyond what I expected based on my past experience. If I ever have to deal with flooding again I would only deal with United Water Restoration.
