What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting and working with new people!
Our first step is to learn as much about your business and your goals as possible. We want to make sure we're on the same page as far as design style and content as well.
For our initial meeting we can either meet in person (if you're in the Charlotte area), or have a phone call - whichever you're most comfortable with. If your schedule doesn't allow for either of those we can communicate via email and send you an online questionnaire to fill out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a designer/web developer for over 15 years.
I received a B.A. in Digital Media: Internet & Interactive Systems in 2003.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I starting down the design path by launching my own surf/skate clothing company. The creative freedom of branding and marketing my own business made me fall in love with design. Soon after I began designing for other small business and it has snowballed from there.
