Ken came out quickly to adjust my patio door. He was very friendly and professional and fixed my door like new.

We thought that we needed the windows caulked. Winterizing for the winter. He came and inspected the windows. They had already been caulked. The windows did not need to be replaced. We were very impressed with his honesty. He did identify a problem with one of our doors. He went to Lowe’s purchased what he needed came back to the house and made the repair. We hope that this makes our house ready for winter. Overall we are very pleased with your service.

As time went on, I noticed a lot of missed opportunities to clean my home correctly. Perhaps this person was not accustomed to cleaning larger homes. One person is definitely not enough for homes that are over 2500 sq ft.

I recently hired this cleaning service, and while the cleaner was polite, communicative, and made an effort, I was disappointed with the overall experience. Several areas were missed or not cleaned thoroughly, including furniture, vents, countertops, and parts of the bathroom. I also had to frequently point out missed spots, which was time-consuming on a busy workday.
Additionally, for the price charged, I expected a more comprehensive cleaning experience. I even suggested sending two people for the job, as the scope of work seemed extensive for one person. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality did not meet my expectations, and the effort to resolve the matter was limited.
While I appreciate the cleaner’s dedication and the company’s effort to communicate, I was hoping for better value for the price. This might be a good service for smaller jobs or touch-ups, but for more extensive tasks, I recommend clarifying expectations upfront.

We make sure our pricing is very competitive and clear. There is never a fee for us to quote or to provide estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and do a hands on inspection of any projects you need done. We also can provide several service quotes with just pictures and client provided information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of home service experience and are fully insured for the work we do. All workers undergo a background check and are subject to drug testing.
