- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I care about what’s important to the customer. I will typically come out for an initial walk through to give a more accurate estimate, where I will go over how exactly we plan to work together and what can be expected as we continue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained a lot through personal experience but I also read and research a lot about the actual cleaning products themselves to ensure I’m using them on the right surfaces.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for another janitorial service cleaning a Catholic Church and school. Through this I gained a lot of my professional experience in this line of work.
