Mr. Nowlin and his assistant, Roger, were wonderful. They were prompt and professional. They explained the process of repairing our air conditioner to me each step of the way. They assessed the issues and told me what needed to be done now and what could be done at a later date without affecting the efficiency of the unit. I very much appreciated their knowledge and honesty. The price they charged was extremely reasonable, which we also appreciated greatly. I would, without a doubt, call Mr. Nowlin again.

Josh Nowlin came to do a maintenance check on my A/C system. He explained his plan of action to examine the system. After his system check, he outlined what he needed to do that day to make the system ship-shape. After completing the A/C repairs, he explained there was one part that will need to be replaced next year, before the summer season, but that we could wait until next spring to do that repair. He gave me two alternate versions of the possible repair, so I could decide which would be cost-effective for my budget. He was helpful, honest, and I will definitely be calling him back for my heating system check in October, and again next spring to make the other A/C repair. Josh has completed work at my house and my fathers house. He does excellent work and is very reasonably priced. I actually worked in the heating and air industry for two years for another local company and in my experience it is not easy finding someone who will fix an issue right the first time. Josh is that person. Josh replaced all the duct work at my fathers house and has completed warranty work for me at my house. Josh also performs maintenance at both homes twice a year. Josh has always done a great job and will continue to be the person that i recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service! After going through many companies, Nowlin Enterprises was able to solve the problem the first time! Everything was so quick and easy! Also, very affordable! Referred to this company by my son. So pleased with the service!
