Chris is an outstanding technician! He efficiently diagnosed and fixed several issues that were causing our unit to stop cooling. Chris was wonderful! Very transparent about his pricing & while performing the service. I hired him to perform a routine maintenance on my system & he walked me through everything as he did it. Will definitely use him again!
I had the pleasure of working with Cris at 32 Degrees Heating and Cooling. First off he responded to my request quickly and on short notice. He was punctual and communicated throughout. Cris made sure I understood the diagnosed issue and how he would repair it. He is knowledgeable and my home is cool again!

Chris was phenomenal from start to finish truly. I'm the kind of girl who likes to do my due diligence, get a few opinions, weigh options etc. Chris was responsive, honest and thorough even before stepping foot in my home. Once my appointment time arrived, he was punctual and he took me with him through every step of his thought process and his work, explaining so I would understand. I learned so much from him while he was here, I even went up in my attic for the first time to really put eyes on what he was explaining to me. I had had a differet tech from a different company come out to do a diagnostic as well but I just felt he was trying so hard to work me over. In contrast, Chris I felt was very transparent and fair. Fair guy, doing good work at a fair price. I really would highly recommend him for your HVAC needs!
