Anson listened to what we wanted and was able to work within our budget. He and the team got us scheduled a few weeks sooner than expected. He was responsive , showed up when promised and stayed in communication throughout the process. Our new screened in deck is just what I wanted. Projects have several variables when estimating a price. Size, material cost, etc. Many of these discussions can happen virtually and a ballpark price can be given via phone or email.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing contact information and way to communicate, begin to understand how to beat suite their needs and desires. Then come up with a plan and pricing to deliver on that project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a laborer for a construction company at 19 years old. I worked for many years and learned by helping the tradesman on jobs, to learning the trades myself. Then further onto project and business management.
