Terry Thomas says, "Great experience working with Guardian Heating and Cooling! When a tree hit our house recently and damaged the roof, it also destroyed our A/C unit. During the process of getting the system repaired, I learned that the old outdated ductwork and evaporator coil inside my home made the repairs more complicated than the typical job. Although I did get other quotes for the A/C replacement, and their representatives seemed nice, I didn't like the "layers" of staff with the other companies I contacted.... they sent out a sales person, who then had to contact the install manager, who would then have to send out other staff to install the unit.With Guardian, Andrew (one of the owners) actually came out to evaluate the system and repairs that would be needed and gave me several options. His expertise and understanding of what needed to be done and how to do it helped me make my decision to go with Guardian. From there, the entire process was very smooth and efficient and communication was excellent throughout the process.On the day of the install, Andrew and Michael showed up right on time and got us taken care of in just a few hours. I also have to mention that Andrew's wife, Christina, brought us a beautiful flower arrangement and some gourmet popcorn! What a nice treat! That is a level of courtesy, respect, and customer service you rarely see these days! I highly recommend Guardian Heating and Cooling!"See more
