Mark Burns says, "Heat pump died 2 days after the great ice storm of January 2026. They came out the same day I called. Unfortunately the compressor had failed but Justin quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement. Justin has been my go to technician for several years now and he always does excellent work. As a follow up to the previous post, there was delay due to the subsequent snow storm the next week, which resulted in Clarence coming out another day to install the compressor. Due to an electrical problem in my panel and a couple other issues, the installation carried over to a second day. Despite snow and freezing temperatures, Clarence stuck with it, kept me informed of progress, and now I have a working heat pump. Great customer service and commitment. Thanks!"See more

Gave me a range of options with pros and cons and various price points. Spent a good amount of time with me. When quote came back and I expected a different price, walked me through different units that could lower the quote for me. Then on day of install came out exactly when they said they would, took all the time to test and ensure everything there. Incredibly kind people, very great communication, quality work and still the best quote I received. Would recommend them hands down for any needs."See more

Chad and his team installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit at our home. Additionally, because they assessed that some of the duct work was not "up to code" they replaced the entire duct work to the system! It was a large job and they offered a fair price and worked 12 hours on day to assure that the job was done professionally and with high attention to detail. Additonally, as I had a few other issues, including needing my fireplace fixed and my condenser pump to our heater replaced, he included those quick fixes into the total cost (like for free). Such a relief to get all of these issues fixed by the same reliable person. Would highly recommend!

its was a pleasant experience working with paul on my furnace installation. he was willing to meet on a quick notice, communicated well, met me onsite, called me after hours to assist, and showed up on time on a saturday morning. The job went smoothly and he left the jobsite cleaner than it was prior to project. pricing was totally fair, he handled my parts warranty registration and even called me on sunday to make sure everything was running smoothly and made me aware of a filter that needs to be changed soon on my AC when most companies would have by passed it because they were not being paid for that service, paul went the extra mile! i own my own business with a few rental props. so im always looking great contractors for plumbing, electricians, mechanics etc., but especially good HVAC representaion and i strongly recommend paul if your expect high quality workmanship alongside of fair pricing..excellent pick and a great people person...give him a call, tell him Tim sent ya:)!!!
