- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleans are priced based on Bed and Bath count alongside SqFt of space, and the type of clean. Discounts are provided for recurring cleans that are Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Bi-Weekly Alternating, and Monthly. A card is taken on file to secure your day/time and is never charged until the clean is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ensure we gather all information needed for your first clean, and find the most ideal day/time that works for you. We follow up prior to your clean and after to ensure your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have at minimum 1 year of cleaning experience to ensure high quality service is being provided. All of our cleaners are heavily vetted to ensure we only work with high integrity professionals. This makes for a safe and delightful experience for all of our clients.
