- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is first getting to know them and finding their needs. This is the customers home and we want it to continue to feel like their home after we are finished cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees, one which is a Masters in Science in Organizational Management Leadership and I am a Army Veteran in which we had to clean our Bay Area while in training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say that we worked with wonderful customers who knows what they want and if they are unsure we always give them suggestions that could help better serve them.
